Step 1: Raise a Return/Replacement Request
You may request a return or replacement within 7 days of delivery for:
- Wrong product
- Damaged item
- Defective item
For damaged or missing items, report within 2 days of delivery.
Provide order details and contact number through the support section of our website.
Step 2: Review & Validation
Our team will review your request within 2 working days.
Step 3: Pickup Arrangement
Once approved:
- We schedule a reverse pickup
- You only self-ship if instructed by our support team
Step 4: Product Check & Final Resolution
After receiving the item, we conduct a quality inspection.
Based on results:
- Replacement is issued
OR - Refund is initiated (if replacement is unavailable)
Replacement & Exchange Process
If approved:
- Pickup is arranged
- After successful inspection, replacement is initiated
- If out of stock, you may choose:
- Full refund
- Exchange with another product
Delivery of replacement: 5β7 business days after dispatch.
Returns Not Accepted If:
- Product is used or altered
- Original packaging, tags, or accessories are missing
- Request is raised after 7 days
- Damage reported after 2 days
Order Cancellation
- You may cancel before dispatch.
- After dispatch, cancellations are not allowed.
Refund Timelines
Prepaid Orders
Refunds are sent to the original payment method.
- Cancelled Orders: 3β5 business days
- Returned Items: 7β10 business days after pickup + quality check
Partial Returns
You may return individual eligible items from your order.
